where can you get 6-28Dmg sephis axes i read on Guildwiki that some could be found in UW is it true ore where in UW ore where else can they be found..

They CAN be found in UW. I got a max damage +13 % in stance from a free chest after completing a mission.

Hells Precipice by the uhh portals drop them. yeh if you want one really bad go chest run there
